Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PA platform (the "Platform"), operated by Meydan Free Zone. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Description of Service

PA provides an AI-powered business assistant that can, depending on the features you enable, answer and place phone calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, triage and draft email replies, schedule meetings, and answer questions from a knowledge base you provide — subject to the approval controls described in the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register, and the information you provide during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Access to the Platform is granted following review and approval of your registration by our team.

4. Your Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@meydanfz.ae of any unauthorized use.

5. Connected Third-Party Accounts

Features that connect to Google, Microsoft, Meta/WhatsApp, or other third-party services are subject to those providers' own terms of service, in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to connect any account you link to the Platform. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the Platform's AI features — including call responses, drafted emails, WhatsApp replies, and knowledge base answers — is generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Where the Platform requires your review and approval before an action is taken, such as sending an email, you are responsible for reviewing that content before approving it. You remain responsible for any content you approve for sending on your behalf.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Not use the Platform to send unsolicited, abusive, or unlawful communications.
• Not upload content to the knowledge base that you do not have the right to use.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing telemarketing, data protection, and electronic communications.

8. Fees and Subscription

Use of the Platform is subject to the fees and subscription terms set out in your order form or agreement with Meydan Free Zone. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in that agreement or required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Meydan Free Zone and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Platform other than the right to use it as permitted here. You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as knowledge base documents.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide or use the Platform, or as required by law.

11. Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Platform is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meydan Free Zone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meydan Free Zone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meydan Free Zone harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or content you approve for sending through it.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, or for legitimate business or security reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Platform at any time; certain obligations — such as confidentiality and payment for services already rendered — survive termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable within Meydan Free Zone / the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
